Hanstirtha Online Academy is a skill-focused learning platform created to provide practical and job-oriented education to students. The academy is specially designed for learners who want real industry knowledge instead of only theoretical concepts. Our courses are structured in a simple, understandable, and step-by-step manner so that even beginners can easily learn and build confidence.
The academy was started with the aim of helping students who are unable to afford expensive coaching institutes but still want to build a successful IT career. Today many training institutes charge high fees but do not provide real project experience. Hanstirtha Academy was created to solve this problem by giving quality education at very affordable cost along with real-time practical training and career guidance.
Swanand Deo is the Founder and Senior Trainer of Hanstirtha Online Academy. He holds qualifications of B.E. (Mechanical), MBA (Marketing), and M.A. (Psychology). He started his career as a Software Testing Engineer and, through dedication and continuous learning, progressed to the different software testing roles in different organizations. He has worked on multiple real-time projects across various technologies and business domains.
Along with his industry experience, Swanand has strong experience in software testing training and mentoring students, which he truly enjoys. Many of his students are now successfully working in the IT industry. He believes teaching practical knowledge and building confidence is the key to a successful career.
Apart from the IT sector, he also has a deep interest in Astrology. watching movies, reading and music are his favorite hobbies, and he believes continuous learning in every field keeps life meaningful and balanced.
Our vision is to make quality technical education accessible to every student and create skilled professionals who are confident, knowledgeable and industry-ready. We want to build a learning platform where knowledge is shared honestly and learning becomes simple, affordable, and meaningful.
